Curl Awakening Session $225+

starts with a thorough consultation by looking at your varying curl patterns, density, desired length, current styling routine, your curl history and goals.

Then, we'll do your haircut on dry hair, going curl by curl while talking about product types and ingredients.

Finishing up with teaching you how to care for your curls at home on wash day by going over product applications and techniques.

A curl by curl haircut with minimal structural changes. ​​​This session includes; ~haircut ~shampoo, conditioner & styling product applied. ~leave wet to go home and dry Drying and lesson NOT included ​
Curl Cut, Style and Dry $188 - $230+
Making a serious shape change or would simply like to have your curls styled and finished after your haircut. ​ This session includes; ~haircut, ~wash ~styling product application ~hood and/or diffuse dry.
Curl Serenity session $265 - $315
Purify, replenish, and nourish your scalp, hair and mind with this indulgent curl session. After your curl by curl haircut, we'll envelope the senses in the healing subtle aromas of peppermint, citrus, vanilla, lavender and sage. This relaxing session includes everything found in the "Curl Cut, Style and Dry" session, plus; ​~Hawaiian red salt scalp scrub to soothe and remove impurities ~Charcoal Kaolin mask to gently remove buildup without stripping the hair ~Repair and revitalize your curls with a moisture rich treatment mask while receiving a gentle and relaxing arm massage.

Hydration Curl Mask $25 -$35
Dry tired curls? ​ A luxurious conditioning service to repair and revitalize your curls might be just what the doctor ordered! Restore your curls with a clarifying hair cleansing followed by a rejuvenating masque to repair your curls while delivering rich hydration and shine.
Peppermint scalp scrub $30
Dull scalp due to buildup and impurities? This invigorating peppermint scalp scrub will awaken your senses along with your scalp. Apple extracts replenish nutrients to the skin while cooing Peppermint oil revitalizes the scalp and invigorates the senses.
Olaplex Curl Enrichment $35 -$55
Curls lost their brilliance and bounce? Not just another hair conditioning treatment. In fact, it doesn't use the word "conditioning" anywhere in it's advertising. Instead, it rebuilds the damaged disulphide bonds in your hair that are broken during the chemical process. It is not a protein or deep conditioning treatment, it works on the INSIDE of the hair. Think of it as Spanks for your curls.

After having some disappointing haircuts, I decided to see someone who would know what to do with my hair. It was going through a change, and I really needed some help. I found Laura and recently went to see her. She was extremely sweet, the first thing we did was talk about what was going on and what I wanted from my visit. She asked for things in detail and took interest. Once we started my cut, she told me how to do certain things and how to treat and take better care of my hair. The entire process was so great, I honestly wish I could redo it. I bought some products from her that she had used, and she gave me this cute pouch to take home. Laura's 'New Client Experience' was amazing. She greeted me at the front of the salon, introduced herself and walked me to her suite. Curl Preparation
Let's get those curls session ready.

GONE ARE THE DAYS OF ARRIVING TO THE SALON WITH A MESSY BUN!
1. The wash and detangle (1-2 days before)
-
CLARIFY & DETANGLE: Give your curls some love with a sulphate free clarifying shampoo or an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse (quesions on this, please let me know).​ Completely remove ALL TANGLES during this wash. Additional charges may apply for extensive detangling or you may be asked to reschedule if necessary.

DRY: Arrive with BONE dry hair. This ensures your curls maintain their true shape and prevents cutting off too much length.

2. Styling (morning of or day before)

STYLING: Style your curls down (not pulled back in anyway -no bobbie pins, pony tails or buns etc.) and as if you are going on a date using your favorite styling products. This will allow me to see exactly where you are on your curl journey. ​

PRODUCTS TO AVOID: Please do not use any products that will make your curls too stiff, sticky or oily.
​
3. What to wear

PHOTO READY: We'll be taking before and after photos at your first curl session, please wear a solid earth toned top that is a different color than your hair. We can totally angle you just right if you'd rather your face didn't show in the photos.
