While I dislike having the need for salon policies and enforcing said policies, sadly, they are a necessary part of business. Here we go.....
Late Cancellation/Missed Appointment;
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As a busy woman myself, I realize that life happens; should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, I request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $50 fee will be due by credit card or Venmo before your next appointment is booked. A “No-Show” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Be courteous to your stylist and other clients by giving ample notice to cancel.
If you arrive very late, your appointment will be rescheduled and the "No Show" fee will be applied. I make every effort to maintain my schedule and minimize wait times. However, sometimes for reasons beyond my control, waiting periods may be longer than normal. If a delay occurs, I will inform you as soon as possible and will reschedule your appointment if you are unable to wait.
Automated Appointment Confirmations;
My booking service will send a verification email after booking your appointment and then a “Welcome” email later on. Make sure that you receive them. If not, please check your spam folder. You should also receive a confirmation email one week prior to your appointment and then a text reminder 2 days before. Add my email address to your contact list in order to receive all email appointment notifications.
Please be considerate and turn your cell phone to vibrate and only take calls if necessary.
Children and Family Members;
**No children unless they are receiving a service**
The salon is not a safe place for children as it is full of chemicals, hot irons and sharp objects. Please leave your little ones at home with a family member or sitter when coming for your appointment. This is so we can avoid injury to the ones you care about most. Thank you for understanding.
Please refrain from bringing multiple friends and/or family members with you to your appointment as my studio is quite small therefore seating is extremely limited.
Please pre-book your “returning client” appointment before you leave each service so you can be guaranteed the best appointment time for your schedule.
Goodie pick up;
Should you fall head over heals in love with your product purchases in the studio and wish to reorder them, please text me in advance so that I can make sure the products you desire are in stock and ready for pick up.
