While I dislike having the need for salon policies and enforcing said policies, sadly,
they are a necessary part of business.
Here we go.....
As expected, there will be some changes at the studio dictated by the state of Texas that I’d like to make you aware of.
Please be on time! Upon arrival, text “arrive” to 832-373-4540, then remain in your car. I will return a confirmation text of “I’m ready” when my previous client exits, and I’ve cleaned and disinfected my studio.
All clients are required to wear a mask which attaches behind the ear (not tied around the back of your head). If you arrive to your appointment without one, I’ll provide one. I’ll be wearing one too! If you do not wish to wear a mask then we'll need to schedule your appointment for a later date.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are exhibiting any of the typical symptoms associated with COVID
Upon entering the studio, we will both wash our hands with soap in my shampoo bowl. Hand sanitizer will be made available to everyone.
Only one client may be in the studio at a time.
Please limit items brought in to your appointment to a cell phone and form of payment. I will not be accepting cash but instead offer the convenience of contactless payments of Venmo and Credit card.
-“Last-minute cancelation” fees will be waived for last minute cancelations that occur due to sickness through July 31st. UNLESS, YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK; here at the studio I reserve the right to cancel your appointment should you come in sick. Let’s do our best to not expose others and their families. If this situation should occur, you may be charged according to my cancelation policy.
-I have temporarily suspended serving beverages or snacks.
-If you would like to make a retail purchase, please ask for assistance to limit contact with retail shelves.
I truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this crazy time. Together, hopefully we can do our part. It is my goal to not only keep all of my clients and their families safe but myself, my family, my coworkers, their clients, their families etc.
LATE CANCELLATION /
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As a busy woman myself, I realize that life happens; should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, I request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $50 fee or half of the service amount( whichever is greater) will be due by credit card or Venmo before your next appointment is booked.
“No-Shows” are very uncool! You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and will no longer be welcome in the studio.
Be courteous to your stylist and other clients by giving ample notice to cancel.
If you arrive very late, your appointment will be rescheduled and the "No Show" fee will be applied. I make every effort to maintain my schedule and minimize wait times. However, sometimes for reasons beyond my control, waiting periods may be longer than normal. If a delay occurs, I will inform you as soon as possible and will reschedule your appointment if you are unable to wait.
AUTOMATED APPT. CONFIRMATIONS;
My booking service will send a verification email after booking your appointment and then a “Welcome” email later on. Make sure that you receive them. If not, please check your spam folder. You should also receive a confirmation email one week prior to your appointment and then a text reminder 2 days before. Add my email address email@example.com to your contact list in order to receive all email appointment notifications.
Please be considerate and turn your cell phone to vibrate and only take calls if necessary.
AND FAMILY MEMBERS;
**No children unless they are receiving a service**
The salon is not a safe place for children as it is full of chemicals, hot irons and sharp objects. Please leave your little ones at home with a family member or sitter when coming for your appointment. This is so we can avoid injury to the ones you care about most. Thank you for understanding.
Please refrain from bringing multiple friends and/or family members with you to your appointment as my studio is quite small therefore seating is extremely limited.

Should you fall head over heals in love with your product purchases in the studio and wish to reorder them, please email me in advance so that I can make sure the products you desire are in stock and ready for pick up.
